Good Morning Julie,
I just want to thank you again so very much for your wonderful seminar and taking time out of your busy schedule to give us all a new perspective on fondant. I really had a "bad taste" in my head about fondant before your class. I thank you for changing that. Not only did you change my thoughts, but when my husband and teenage boys tasted the cake I brought home (the marbled effect one) they were amazed as well! I had been so hesitant to offer fondant as an option for our customers, but after your class that will change. I am just in awe of your cakes and how beautiful they are! You are a true artist indeed!! Thank you again for your time and inspiring me to go so much more above and beyond what I have been doing, it is so very appreciated!!
